Any items damaged by UPS or the United States Postal Service will be replaced, though the damaged item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receipt and the applicable United States Postal Service damaged item form must be completed. All items returned are at your expense. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning any items.
