You can place the Indoor Kitchen Composter under your sink or in a closet and you won't even have to worry about bad odors!

Simply cut food into small pieces and place into the Happy Farmer Kitchen Composter. Then add compost starter and secure the airtight lid. When the composter is full, let it sit, unopened for two weeks and ferment. Then mix the fermented food waste with soil and let it compost for another two weeks. In just one month you will have a nutritious plant food that is also rich in beneficial microorganisms. Each composter comes with easy to follow instructions.
How it Works
To compost kitchen waste. Lay down initial layer of the Indoor Kitchen Composter Starter then place fresh food scraps in the Indoor Kitchen Composter and thoroughly coat every layer with Compost Starter. Be sure to close the lid tightly after every use to ensure an anaerobic environment. Once the container is filled to capacity, let the pieces continue to ferment for two weeks and then transfer into your garden or planter. Allow at least two more weeks for the fermentation process to continue in the soil before planting your favorite veggies, flowers, trees, etc. Make sure to drain the liquid released during the anaerobic process from the Indoor Kitchen Composter frequently to prevent putrefaction of your compost.
Have you ever been to someone's home who has a counter top compost bin? Most often there is an unpleasant odor that lingers near these compost bins. Our Indoor Kitchen Composter eliminates the odors and provides you with rich organic compost that is ready to use in only 2 weeks! It uses a special Japanese blend of wheat bran and molasses to increase the speed of composting as well as the nutrient level and microbial diversity to the compost.
