Setup/Care

How it Works

The Air Flow of the HealthPro air purifier: The IQAir HealthPro air purifiers draw in air from the bottom of the unit. This air passes through the pre-filter into the fan, that moves it through the gas media and then through the HEPA filter. Finally clean air is vented out the sides of the unit just below the top from a 320 degree, 77 square inch opening. The IQAir HealthPro series air purifiers are extremely powerful yet still remain energy efficient to operate. They kill the competition in particle filtration thanks to their hyper-HEPA filter that has a micro-particle retention rate up to 100 times higher than a regular HEPA. Their fan is also twice as strong as any of the other air purifiers we carry. Protected by the large capacity pre-filter, the HEPA filter should last about 2 years when running on an efficient level (speeds 1-3). With the programmable time settings you have complete control over how much, how long, and on what fan speed the unit operates. This helps conserve energy and filter life. The filter change indicator is another feature that is helpful in running an IQAir at its most efficient level. This indicator makes sure you get the maximum use out of a filter, helping to reduce landfill waste.
