Setup/Care
Daily tongue cleaning decreases the amount of odor-and plaque-causing bacteria that can lead to bad breath, gum disease and tooth decay.
Open mouth and extend your tongue. Place the ridges of the tongue cleaner at the back part of your tongue and scrape forward. Rinse cleaner head and then repeat 4 to 5 times until you have covered the entire area of your tongue.
