Setup/Care

It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter once a year.

To maintain your steam cleaner in good condition and to ensure constant performance, we recommend that you periodically clean the boiler once or twice a year depending on the hardness of your water. Simply eliminate all water remaining in the boiler by removing the cap from the bottom of the unit and draining all of the water. Next, position the cleaner upside down and dissolve a single package of de-scaling powder in 2 cups of water and then add this solution to the boiler. Leave the solution in the boiler for one night with the drainage cap open. Completely empty contents and then rinse three or four times. Finally, reattach the drainage cap and position the cleaner up-side up and you are ready to begin cleaning again.
