Warranty

We are happy to refund or exchange any item which is faulty due to workmanship, or damaged in transit. Any items that have been visibly damaged with the exception of ‘in transit’ damage cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any items damaged by UPS or the United States Postal Service will be replaced, though the damaged item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receipt and the applicable United States Postal Service damaged item form must be completed. All items returned are at your expense. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning any items.
