| Blueair ECO10 Air Purifiers We are quite frankly astonished at the ecological breakthrough achieved by Blueair in introducing their ECO1O model, and we applaud them for their ground breaking efforts to be ecologically responsible. To have a powerful room air purifier at this size that only uses only 10 watts of power on high fan speed (let alone low speed) still has us shaking our heads in amazement! Add the cost benefits of a polypropylene HEPASilent filter which can be vacuumed, and its all-recyclable and biodegradable parts, and you end up with what we see as the world’s greenest air purifier! You would wonder whether all this has been achieved at the expense of performance, but our testing team informed us that the efficiency achieved in terms of one pass particulate removal is darned near perfect - even better than other BlueAir models. Along with the high efficiency rating, the ECO10 has some improved features like a real pre-filter, which other Blueair models do not have yet, and the ability to run this air purifier day and night without running up your electric bill. With all this, you can see why we gave the ECO10 our highest 5 star rating. |
